Let's hear it for strawberries!

Here are two very easy and very yummy dips for fruit of any kind. One is sweet and one is tangy but both are yummmmee! Thought you might enjoy them.

Marshamallow Cream Cheese Dip

8-oz. container of strawberry cream cheese, softened
7-oz. jar of marshmallow cream
fresh whole strawberries or any fresh fruit

Whip the cream cheese and marshmallow cream on medium speed with electric mixer until fluffy. That's it!

Lime Dip

1 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime peel (just the green part, not the bitter white part!)

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. It's really good!
